How to buy from the collection.

01

Browse the collection

Each piece is listed with a condition grade, material, year, rarity, and a price estimate. The status — Available, Reserved, or On hold — is updated in real time. Click through to any piece for the full condition report, provenance notes, and a complete gallery of images.

02

Sourcing & provenance

Each preloved piece is hand-selected from private collections across Asia, Europe, and the United States — scouted at estate sales, collector circles, and closed consignment networks in Tokyo, Paris, London, New York, and Los Angeles. I also work with a small circle of trusted luxury handbag dealers whose standards match my own. Every bag enters the collection with a known history: original purchase region, and condition lineage. No grey-market channels, no questionable provenance.

03

Inquire

When a piece speaks to you, use the Inquire about this piece button on its page, or write directly to hello@coconikocollection.com. Include the reference number and any questions — I'll respond personally within 24 hours with additional photographs, authentication paperwork, and the firm price.

04

Authentication & condition

Every bag in the collection has been authenticated by a recognised third-party service. Upon inquiry, I provide the full authentication certificate, date-stamped photographs of serial numbers, heat stamps, and hardware, plus a written condition report. If you require additional verification, I can arrange it at cost.

05

Pricing

Every listing displays a comparable market range — what the same model in similar condition commands on the secondary market today. The COCONIKO COLLECTION price is the firm sale price, set below that market range to reflect fair value rather than inflated retail. It is fixed, non-negotiable in most cases, and disclosed in full upon inquiry. Payment plans can be discussed for pieces above a certain threshold.

06

Payment & reservation

Once you confirm your interest, the piece is placed on hold for 48 hours while payment is arranged. I accept bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal, and credit cards (credit card payments incur a small processing fee). For high-value pieces, a 20% deposit secures the reservation with the balance due within 7 days.

07

Shipping

Every piece is packed in its original dust bag and box where available, then double-boxed with archival tissue and bubble wrap. Shipments are fully insured, tracked, and require signature on delivery. Domestic shipping and insurance is charged at a nominal fee; international shipping is calculated based on destination and value.

08

Returns

Due to market scarcity, all sales are final. Each piece is carefully authenticated, photographed, and described so you know exactly what you're receiving. I'm always happy to answer questions or arrange a virtual viewing before purchase to make sure you feel completely confident.

09

Private appointment

For collectors who prefer to handle the piece before committing, private appointments are available in Atlanta, Georgia. Appointments are held on weekdays and select Saturdays, by reservation only. Virtual viewings over video call can also be arranged for international clients.
